Welcome to AK Infotech. These terms and conditions govern all B2B sales, wholesale transactions, quotation requests, and merchandise deliveries between AK Infotech and system integrators, dealers, retailers, or commercial buyers.
AK Infotech operates strictly as a wholesale B2B distributor of security cameras, biometrics, access locks, networking lines, computer hardware, and accessories. We sell exclusively to businesses, registered dealers, and system integrators. By purchasing from us, you represent that you hold a valid business operation or trade license.
All items supplied by us are subject to standard GST rates (e.g., 18% on CCTV and networking equipment). We issue formal commercial tax invoices showing our registered GSTN: 33CPAPA9563H1Z1. Buyers must provide their accurate GST number at the time of order placement to claim eligible Input Tax Credits (ITC).
Due to volatility in global technology supply chains and raw component costs, our prices fluctuate. Any quotation issued by AK Infotech is valid for the duration specified in the quote. We reserve the right to alter bulk discount tiers, promotions, or pricing schedules without prior notice.
Unless trade credit limits have been formally approved in writing, all dispatches are made on a 100% advance payment basis (via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, or cash equivalent). Orders will only be processed for packing and dispatch once payments have cleared in our bank accounts.
All distributed items carry standard national manufacturer warranties (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Dell, D-Link). AK Infotech does not offer independent warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. We assist system integrators in routing Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) units to official service center partners for testing and replacement.
AK Infotech is a distributor, not an installation partner or system integrator. We are not liable for any failure in local security setups, damage caused during hardware installations, network outages, data loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of products we supply.
These terms and conditions, sales transactions, and commercial interactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
